EP777 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and EP777 ("EP777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the EP777 online gaming platform, including all games, sportsbook features, promotions, payment services and related functionality available at ep777.fun and through the EP777 mobile app.

By registering an account with EP777, by logging into an existing account, by making a deposit, by placing a bet or wager, or by claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• The information you have provided during registration is accurate and complete.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your use of an online gaming platform.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use the EP777 platform. EP777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically.

EP777 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register, access, deposit funds, place bets, claim bonuses or withdraw winnings. EP777 does not knowingly permit minors to use the platform in any capacity.

EP777 may request age verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or following any internal review. Acceptable verification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

If EP777 determines — at any point — that an account was registered by or is being operated by a person under the age of 18:

• The account will be immediately suspended and then permanently closed.
• All funds in the account, including any winnings, will be forfeited.
• Any deposits identified as having been made by a minor may be returned to the source payment method at EP777's discretion.

To access the full features of EP777 — including deposits, gameplay, betting and withdrawals — you must register a member account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for updating your account details if any information changes. EP777 is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information, including failed withdrawals sent to an incorrect payment account.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold one EP777 account only. Registering or operating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods or IP addresses — is a serious breach of these Terms. EP777 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and payment account tracking to identify duplicate registrations. Confirmed duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances voided.

You must not allow any other person to access your account. Your login credentials — including your password and any biometric login settings — must be kept strictly confidential. EP777 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in advance. EP777 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at registration or at any subsequent point. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of your CNIC or passport, a recent bank statement or a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your name and account number. KYC checks are standard practice in online gaming and are carried out for the protection of all members.

EP777 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods and any applicable minimum or maximum transaction amounts are displayed within your account during the deposit and withdrawal process.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source and the account may be reviewed. EP777 is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours.
• Raast and bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day, subject to receiving bank processing times.
• VIP Gold, Platinum and Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing.

EP777 does not charge withdrawal fees on PKR transactions. The amount you request is the amount sent. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees — EP777 has no control over these.

Minimum balances: EP777 may apply minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts. These are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time. Attempting to withdraw a balance below the minimum threshold will result in the request being declined until the balance meets the minimum requirement.

EP777 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending the completion of identity, age or source-of-funds verification. Where a withdrawal is delayed for compliance reasons, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide the required documentation.

EP777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page.

By claiming a bonus or promotional credit, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms specific to that promotion. The following general bonus rules apply across all EP777 promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in its terms. Not all games contribute equally — typically, slots contribute 100% and live casino games contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are removed from your account automatically.
• Eligible games: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games or game categories. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the bonus being voided.
• One bonus at a time: EP777 members may hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Depositing and requesting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any form of systematic bonus harvesting is strictly prohibited. EP777 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and can be claimed once per household, device or IP address. EP777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already claimed it, the terms that were in effect at the time of your claim will continue to apply to your active bonus.

EP777 offers casino games including slots, live casino, table games and casual titles, as well as a sportsbook covering cricket (including PSL and international T20 fixtures), football, esports and other sports. All games and betting markets are subject to the rules of the respective game or market in addition to these Terms.

Casino games: All casino games on EP777 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real dealers and equipment streamed in real time. EP777 does not operate proprietary games with opaque odds. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the statistical expected return over a very large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Sports betting: Bets placed on sports markets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific market. EP777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, on incorrect odds, or where a technical error occurred during the bet placement process. Winnings on voided bets are not paid out — the original stake is returned.

Technical failures: In the event of a disconnection, server error or other technical failure during a game round or bet, EP777's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. EP777 is not responsible for losses resulting from an interruption in your internet connection. If a game round cannot be completed due to a platform-side failure, the round will be voided and your stake returned.

EP777 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits or game-specific restrictions on any member account at any time, including for risk management purposes. These limits are applied uniformly and are not intended to penalise members for legitimate winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EP777 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using EP777 in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a confirmed exploit will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human mechanism to interact with EP777 games, the sportsbook or any platform feature.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to manipulate or influence the outcome of any event on which a bet has been placed.
• Engaging in any form of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting designed to exploit EP777 promotions.
• Sharing or selling your account credentials to any third party.

EP777 actively monitors accounts for unusual activity patterns. Where prohibited activity is suspected, EP777 may freeze account funds, request additional documentation or close the account pending investigation. EP777 cooperates with relevant financial institutions and authorities in cases involving suspected fraud or financial crime.

EP777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Identification of a duplicate or linked account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).
• Following activation of a self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach — such as at the member's request or following a self-exclusion — any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the member's verified payment method after any outstanding reviews are completed.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting EP777 support. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. If you wish to reopen a voluntarily closed account, you may contact support — however, self-exclusion closures cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

EP777 is an entertainment platform. It is not a way to earn money, resolve debt or substitute for income. The platform is designed and intended to be used for fun, and EP777 is committed to providing the tools and information that help members keep it that way.

Every EP777 member has access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a certain amount of continuous play time.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the chosen period.

EP777 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming interventions — including deposit limits or account restrictions — to any account where patterns of play suggest that a member may be experiencing difficulty managing their gambling. This is done in the interest of member wellbeing, not as a punitive measure.

• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits EP777's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. EP777's total liability to any member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose the money you deposit and wager on EP777. EP777 strongly encourages all members to set and stick to a personal entertainment budget and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

EP777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a member — EP777 will make reasonable efforts to notify active members via email or in-app notification prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of EP777 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. EP777 also reserves the right to discontinue any game, betting market, promotion or platform feature at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honour bets already placed and bonuses already claimed under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
